Municipal Reserves per Person: Spruce Grove, Stony Plain and Parkland County

Each municipality's restricted surplus (the money it has set aside in reserves) divided by its population that year, for Spruce Grove, Stony Plain and Parkland County, beside all Alberta municipalities combined. Figures are as each municipality reported them: Spruce Grove's returns show a negative restricted surplus for 2018 to 2023. The 2020 to 2022 workbooks carry no population schedule, so per-person figures skip those years. Calendar financial years from 2017, from each municipality's Financial Information Return as published by Alberta Municipal Affairs; a municipality that has not filed for a year is left out of it.
