Refunds and cancellation.

Pre-orders

Printed for you, and yours to cancel until we start.

A pre-order is paid in full when you order. Made-to-order items count as pre-orders here.

Changed your mind? Cancel before we start printing for a full refund — we’ll email you before we start. If we miss your ship-by date, you can cancel for a full refund then too.

To cancel, reply to your order email or write to hello@flossypurse.studio. The refund goes back to the card you paid with.

Personalised items

Anything with your name or text on it.

Until we start printing, you can cancel it like any other pre-order.

Once we start printing, it can’t be returned because you changed your mind: it’s made for you and no one else.

Broken or wrong

If it isn’t right when it arrives.

Whatever you bought from us, if it arrives broken, misprinted or not what you ordered (text included), we replace it or refund it in full. Write to hello@flossypurse.studio, with a photo if you can.

Built units

The ones we already made.

Returns on built units are by agreement: write to us and we’ll work it out with you.

Whatever the law says we owe you, you get, on top of anything on this page.
